Through the uncertainty of the COVID years, everything I had built began to fall apart. My business, my family, and even my sense of self.
For a while, I lost my footing…
and with it, my faith in life itself.

Through meditation and reflection, I found myself exploring the connection between energy, consciousness and matter.
