SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We take great care in preparing each order.
    If your item is ready, it will be shipped the next business day.
    Otherwise, preparation usually takes 3–5 business days, as our products are crafted in small batches to ensure quality and attention to detail.

    • Standard & Tracked Delivery: 2–5 working days

    • Free delivery on orders over £30

    • Tracked International: 5–10 working days

    • Customs fees may apply (varies by country)

    • Tracked International: 7–14 working days

    • Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable).
    If you have not received one, please check your spam folder or contact us.

  • Our packaging is designed to protect each piece during transit.
    Because each item is handmade from resin, copper and natural crystals, variations in colour and shape may occur — this is normal and part of your product’s uniqueness.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • You may return your item within 28 days of receiving it.

  • To qualify for a refund:

    • Items must be unused and in original condition

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging

    • Custom-made or personalised pieces are non-refundable

  • Email us at contact@orgonis.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item you wish to return

    • The reason for return

    We will reply with return instructions within 24–48 hours.

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

  • We can offer an exchange for most items.
    Please contact us before returning anything so we can assist you properly.

FAQ's

  • At Orgonis, we aim to use recycled materials whenever possible. Most of the copper used in our pieces is recycled in-house using our own machinery, then carefully processed before being incorporated into each handmade item.

  • Each piece is handcrafted from resin, copper coils, natural crystals and metal shavings to create an energy-balancing orgone structure.

  • No — each item is individually made and may vary slightly in colour, pattern or shape. This is part of the beauty of handcrafted orgone work.

  • Yes, for some items. Custom colours, stones or chakra sets may be available.

  • Orgonis pieces should be handled with care. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat, or water. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.

  • Orgonis pieces are crafted in our workshop using selected materials and a careful, hands-on process.

  • Orgonis pieces are intended for people who appreciate handmade objects, symbolic items, or decorative pieces for personal spaces.

  • Yes. Many customers choose to use multiple pieces together based on personal preference.

  • Crystals and colours are traditionally associated with symbolic meanings. Selection is a personal choice and based on intention or aesthetic preference.

  • UK orders usually arrive within 2–4 days.
    International delivery can vary from 5–14 days depending on location.

  • Yes — all international parcels and selected UK parcels include tracking. You’ll receive the tracking number by email once your order ships.

  • Send us an email with your order number.
    We will help track it and provide an update as soon as possible.

  • Yes — as long as the item is unused and returned within 28 days, in its original packaging.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • Orgone items are used by many for their spiritual and energetic benefits. They are not sold as medical devices and we do not claim health outcomes. Orgone products are based on alternative theories and traditional beliefs. They are not scientifically proven, and any perceived effects are subjective and personal.
